Help - Lid on internal box broken (by decorator)

Hi,

Decorator was going to fit my new wallpaper behind the internal VM connector box, but he accidentally stood on the lid!
How can I get a new lid or the box replaced please, can anyone help or point me to who I have to contact?

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  Hopefully they will arrange the necessary repairs.  If you could post a photo of the damage, that would be helpful.

    This is the old VM box, the lid is cracked in half as he stood on it!
