Having problems with broadband dropping

broadband dropping on both wifi and wired connections, also tv screen is flickering.could I have an intermitent cable fault ? Hub 3 recently change for another hub 3. Is ther a problem with hub 3s ?

Finger crossed as I know intermitent faults are difficult to find

  • Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061 and ensure all cables and connections are tight and in good condition.

      All internal connections are tight and were checked by engineer when visiting to replace faulty hub 3. Perhaps external connections could be at fault
