Gig1 Fibre Broadband AC/Dc Adapter

Good evening all one off my animals have managed to eat the AC/DC cable and now do not have no internet and need a replacement soon as possible how can I get this done quickly please I have attached the photo of the plug/AC/DC I need

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

  • I would definitely give Virgin a call if you have the fibre Hub 5x so you can get an engineer with the correct parts that you need without seeing your pictures, (now cleared yet), it might cost you a £25 call out as it's not a Virgin fault. If the call centre just send something out it might well be wrong, or wait for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days. How soon do you want it fixing.
