Frustration

I have just had yet another 20 minute call promoting something else which is going to cost me more money. I don’t ring vm because I never get a British voice. I just can’t understand some of the callers. The latest one mentioned I was a loyal customer , of over 20 years, and to cut a long story short offered me an upgrade on my 7 year old router and a wifi booster. I have a room in the house which is a dead spot. On top of this I was offered Netflix and a sim. I tried honestly I tried to say I didn’t want Netflix or a sim I just want the upgrade and a booster at no extra cost. They just don’t listen. Please , please someone advise me how to talk to somebody from the British Isles !!

  • Call VM on 0345 454 1111 just after 8am and use your 14 day cooling off period to cancel whatever rubbish they have decided to add to your contract. In future just use your online account to add stuff and to stop marketing calls.
