Frequent daily dropouts And disconnections from WiFi
Hi all
sorry, but I really don’t have a clue what’s in any of the below but have seen other posts with this kind of information when experiencing similar issues to me.
I am constantly getting kicked off my network saying Wi-Fi unavailable even when stood a meter from the router (Hub 5). When connected, I constantly get told connected with no internet, or internet unstable.
It seems to be no different if I plug a network cable in to the router and a device.
This will occur on a device even if I am next to it with a different device that is fully connected and getting strong speeds on speed tests (400+ down, 70+ up), although still nowhere near the promised 1gb.
it’s driving me insane, especially during the occasions when I’m trying to work from home.
Can anyone make sense of the below and help me in knowing what the issue might be and how to solve it please?
Before it is asked, yes the Hub's location is:
• Out in the open
• Is Next to the TV not behind it
• Away from large bodies of water (e.g. fish tanks)
• Away from baby monitors and cordless phones
• Away from microwaves
In fact, it’s exactly where the engineer put it when it was installed.
