Faulty hub 5

Hello, my internet is pretty good but the HUB 5 i have has been getting extremely hot these last few weeks and even the slightest nudge on the hub the internet completely cuts off for maybe 30-60 secs before reconnecting. Is there anything i can do to stop this happening? cheers

    The Hub should be relatively cool, maybe a bit warm, but not hot.  I assume it's in an open area with good air flow?

  • it is ye, its on my desk in the hallway. Defiantly a lot hotter than warm. Even after turning it off for awhile it gets hot very fast
