Failed internet.

How do I get to talk to a real person at Virgin. 10 days with no fully working home internet and the date for a fix just keeps moving out. The service is atrocious. Why does customer service no longer exist in the so called modern world?

    What are they saying about it on the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
