Ethernet speeds slower than wifi

Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help. Will sitting next to my router I getting over 500mbps over wifi but when I connect via ethernet to the back of the router that drops to 80 or so.

I also have this message on the network log. Browsing around other posts with the same log message I wonder if it's to do with a router issue?

80Mb is a sign of 100Mb connection from ethernet.  Make sure you are connecting with a known good Cat 6 cable and your device is negotiating a 1Gb connection.

The T3 time outs have nothing to do with your 80mb connection.
