Ethernet drops out several times a day.

Hi all. Ive been having this issue now for a few months and it's driving me nuts.

Virgin hub4 Ethernet drops out for about 60 secs or so several times a day.

Which knocks all my cameras and man cave offline when this happens.

I've noticed these logs on the router which seems to be repeated daily.

CM-STATUS message sent. Event Type Code: 24; Chan ID: 159; DSID: N/A; MAC Addr: N/A; OFDM/OFDMA Profile ID: 1.;CM-MAC=a4:05:d6:0f:ec:9b;CMTS-MAC=6c:13:d5:21:6c:ef;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;

No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=a4:05:d6:0f:ec:9b;CMTS-MAC=6c:13:d5:21:6c:ef;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;

Tried all the usual stuff like hard reset. Even replaced all the network switches in the property. Nothing resolved it.

Help!

    Try checking with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

    Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub.  Setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping  Also run a wired speed test on www.samknows.com/realspeed and post the results. Once done we can comment.
