Ordered Gig1 Broadband on 9th December. Self installation kit was due to be delivered 12th December. Took day off to wait on it then received a text to say due to unforeseen circumstances it would not be delivered and new date would be issued. Checked my accout to try find new date and it says it was delivered on the 12th December and contract has started on 12th December with first bill on 20th December. I have no equipment and no date for a new delivery. Please advise.

Sorry to hear of your delivery concerns. Due to an incident at a warehouse operated by one of our third-party suppliers, some customers are experiencing delays receiving their orders. We are working with our partner to expedite deliveries as soon as possible, have directly contacted those customers affected to apologise and will keep them updated.
No one contacted me, it is only because I have posted here after trying to phone through myself. Great start to being a customer here... 🙄
