Engineer visit

I have been trying to get through to a agent for over an hour through phone, the chat bot and whatsapp and have had no luck from any. Does anyone know an alternative way to contact VM about getting a engineer out to fix a broken fibre cable in my garden?

    It can take up to several days to get a reply from a VM person on here.

    In the meantime you should just keep trying the other means. Phone may be the better bet among a collection of dysfunctional VM options.

      thanks, i thought i would take to here in a last pitch effort as the whole VM system seems to be built to hide getting through to a actual human.
