Does the ps5 limit upload speed when using symmetrical speed

I recently had virgin media installed with gig1 normally I was getting 80mbps upload so I decided to get symmetrical to make it faster but it's actually made it slower is it too fast for the ps5 so it has to limit it or is it something to do with the hub BTW I'm on 5gz because I get 400mbps download
