Even WAN gateway is down 

and what ever Maintenance is going on to night took out my EE backup for a bit O2 was working but not setup as a 3rd backup yet

will now O2 as a 3rd fail over working and still VM and EE down to night

All running fine now and it seems my downstream power was adjusted too thanks not that it was a problem.😁
