Disney plus not working error code

For the past few months disney plus will not work getting error code 1024 on every device and when I turn my WiFi off it works!

Now I have tried every thing to get it to work reset my hub,reinstalled the app cleard the cache and nothing is working im going to cancel my subscription its ridiculous paying for it and cant get it ro work due to something to do with virgin Internet.

    Does Disney Plus error code 1024 mean UK regional content is not available or perhaps your not seen as being in the UK.

    Where are you in the UK, just the nearest Town / City ?
