Disney+ not working on WiFi
Our Disney+ app is not working on our Samsung TV or devices when connected to Virgin WiFi and get the error code 1026.
When connected via 5G on a mobile device we can sign into our Disney+ account fine but switch over to WiFi and it throws us out and errors.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but this has not resolved the issue, restarted the router etc.
Any ideas?
