What Hub do you have and have you tried a wired connection to the Hub when using the admin console? From memory the Hub 5 has DHCP issues and when apparent the only fix is a full 60 second pinhole reset.

Hi, thanks for replying, it's a Hub 5. I'll try a full reset, however I was trying to avoid this.

If you have any settings that a reset will wipe, backup the existing configuration before you reset. You should be able to restore after the reset has completed.

I've been having this same issue for a while now. I reset my hub 5 today, but I'm still having the same issue described above

Hello craigo1975
Sorry to hear of the Hub issues experienced and viewing the connected devices, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.
As mentioned, the fix is a full pinhole reset, you mentioned you had rebooted the hub but was this a full pinhole one or just a standard reboot?
If you can try that please and let us know if it resolves the issue.
