Dead WiFi Pod?
I’m not sure when this happened exactly but I’ve noticed I’m not getting any signal anymore from my WiFi pod (which I’m sure used to work!). VM Connect confirms it’s no longer on the network, which remains the case post reset of the hub.
I have moved to closer but it does nothing on plugging it in, no lights flash, just…zero effect. It doesn’t appear to have a reset button like the old ones do (I have the newer hexagon shape).
Is there anything I can do or try? I’m sure the app used to have any option for getting a new one sent but that doesn’t seem to be the case now.
