Daily Disconnections

Good Afternoon

I am in need of some help with my internet connection.

I had an engineer visit due to a previous problem which can be viewed on this post Intermittent Loss of streaming | Virgin Media Community - 5642681

Since that engineer has visited and did what he needed to do, I lose my internet for a few minutes almost daily.

The router stays on a solid white light, then flashes red for a minute or so, goes back to a solid white light and internet comes back. It is random and can happen morning, afternoon or evening.

Please can this be investigated? I am not blaming the engineer for anything, I believe there is other faults in the line that may have surfaced after the visit and the work that was previously done.

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection since the engineer visit.

    I've looked into your connection and can't see any issues that would be causing this. How has your connection been running since you last posted?

      I have now had a a repeat of the issue yesterday again again about 5 minutes ago.

      Here is the Log from the Hub 5, hopefully it helps get to the bottom of the issue.

      Internet drops, white light on HUB 5 and then flashes red for about a minute or so, goes back to a white light and internet returns.

      It keeps leaving my mac numbers in

      Deleted the info, i also can't post upstream or downstream. Says invalid HTML text.

      Hopefully you can view the info yourself

      So far it appears to be ok, last issue was on 04/08/2025.

      Hopefully I won't have to update this any further and my issues disappear.
