Daily Disconnections

Started getting a lot of disconnects over the past two days. There don't seem to be any problems in my area, so I checked my connection logs, to find that I've been actually been getting disconnections on a daily basis, and just never really noticed them. 

Definitely time to look into this. If someone can decipher logs, I'd appreciate it :)

      Yes, exactly the same problems, whether I connect to the router via Ethernet or Wifi :(

        Thank you for reaching back out to us and for the above stats, we were unable to locate you on our system with the details we have for you so couldn't run any checks, how have things been since Wednesday, has there been anything showing on our service status?

    Your upstream channels are all operating at QAM32 instead of the intended QAM64. This may or may not be the entire reason for the dropouts, but in any case you need a technician visit to sort your connection. 

    Ignore any nonsense about how you connect to the Hub. That won't affect the upstream signal.
