Daily Disconnections
Good Afternoon
I am in need of some help with my internet connection.
I had an engineer visit due to a previous problem which can be viewed on this post Intermittent Loss of streaming | Virgin Media Community - 5642681
Since that engineer has visited and did what he needed to do, I lose my internet for a few minutes almost daily.
The router stays on a solid white light, then flashes red for a minute or so, goes back to a solid white light and internet comes back. It is random and can happen morning, afternoon or evening.
Please can this be investigated? I am not blaming the engineer for anything, I believe there is other faults in the line that may have surfaced after the visit and the work that was previously done.
