Constant internet connection issues

Hi, 

I've just signed up for my 2nd year and over the past couple of weeks I seem to be having constant broadband connection issues with my router! It's led light has changed to a red/orange colour and the router is really hot all the time. 

Tried turning off and back on, rebooting everything but nothing is working. 

I'm not watching a film on my firestick by hotspotting to my mobile phone as it works better than my fibre broadband! 

I can sit and watch the connection on my network setup in my firestick go from Saved, to.....No Internet, to.....Connected, then back to.....Saved in the space of 20 seconds and this is constant. 

This is driving me insane.
