Constant drops/disconnects

Hello,

I have had a lot of engineer visits and still having the same issue.

Im using a ubiquiti UDM pro SE behind the hub 5, i get constant disconnects on the UDM SE during the course of a 24hr period.

I can see on the UDM that the wan port shows as disconnected when the drops happen.

I have changed the wan port on the UDM and even tried a Unifi UCG fiber router with the same results, constant disconnects on the wan port.

Ive moved from the 2.5g port on the hub to the 1gb port and i still get disconnects.

ive replaced the cabling going from the router to the UDM/UCG fiber and its not helped. have checked both old and new cabling with a cable tester and it shows as the cabling is all ok.

I have a machine running pings to 8.8.8.8 and the router ip 192.168.0.1 and when the pings drop its always to both.

I recently signed up to the thinkbroadband network monitoring tool and have attached a picture of the report from the last 24hrs. The latency and the packet drops are crazy. To me it looks like the router is freezing up but the engineers wont replace it. they keep saying that its not the router

I really need this sorted

That looks like the automated checks other users have complained about?
