What will help? (Sorry for the tone). There is little to go on. Perhaps you could post the upstream/downstream/Network stats from the Hub’s GUI. Also set up a Thinkbroadband.com BQM and post the graph after 24 hours (packet loss will show up as red). Then we can get a handle on your probl;em.

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your connection, I have taken a look and can see no outages in the area that could be causing this.
I can see there was some instability earlier in the week but this appears to now have levelled out. Can I ask how things have been looking since your last post?
