Constant Disconnects - US profile assignment change

As the title suggests over the last few days I've been plagued by constant disconnects that last a long while. I'm tethering off my mobile phone to post this as my broadband won't load any pages - ef...

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Very sorry for any broadband issues.

I've checked and you are affected by an SNR issue - Signal to Noise ratio. 

F011153188 - this is the fault number. The estimated fix date is today at 1.15pm.

Hi @John_GS

Same issues today, can't hold meetings, can't properly browse the internet without up & downs. Anything more I can do from my side to get the service back to normal?
