Constant Disconnects - few times a day

Hi, I keep getting constant disconnects from the internet a few times a day. It started about happening about a month or so ago, they only last a few seconds or so but as I game it's incredibly annoying. Looking at the network status on the router it looks like it's losing connection to the main hub, and quickly reconnecting.

I don't know if it's related but I'm also seeing the network logs getting flooded with "US profile assignment change" messages: see below

    Please share the contents of the Upstream & Downstream status tabs.

    If you can copy / paste the text into this thread that may help us see connection issues.

    At a glance the signal levels look decent.

    Are the disconnections over Wi-Fi - Auto Wi-Fi Channels can be a source of random dropouts.

      No the disconnects are at the modem/router level. I have several devices, most hard wired via ethernet some wireless, all drop connection to the router, as if the router rebooted.

        I also do not recall seeing so many "US profile assignment change" messages, which happen around twice an hour, but I don't know enough about them to know if that in itself is indicative of an issue.

  • So engineers have been, changed a wire but still having the same problems. I am sure it must be related to these constant US profile changes:
