What Hub model is it?
Is the Hub in normal mode or in router mode using your own router?
What equipment have you got connected to the Hub on ethernet cables ?

It’s a hub 5 in normal mode. On Ethernet is my virgin tv box and my ps5.

Two months forward and this is still the quality of my connection. I think I’ll be moving to sky when my contract is up.

I play devil should I VM?
Ok VM are doing speed checkers on the hub in router mode....so that people should use modem mode because its harder for you to do these auto speed checks when in modem mode? Sounds about right then you want people to use modem mode for a better stable ping without you causing ping spikes.
