Connection keeps dropping

Hi - for 4 days now our connection keeps repeatedly dropping. It drops out momentarily then is mostly back within a second or two sometimes a bit longer. It's impacting all our devices. I keep getting stuck in a troubleshooting loop on live chat (multiple hub reboots & resets have made no difference) & waited over an hour on hold on the phone but had to give up. How can I get an engineer visit or get a replacement hub sent out in case it's that? Thanks

    Hi stop_the_bus,

    We're very sorry to hear about the service issues you're having.

    How are the devices connecting to the internet please? Is this over Ethernet or WiFi?

    If you're using the 2.5Gbps port, please try one of the other 3 ports available.

    Is the issue affecting single or multiple devices?
