Connection keeps dropping
Hi - for 4 days now our connection keeps repeatedly dropping. It drops out momentarily then is mostly back within a second or two sometimes a bit longer. It's impacting all our devices. I keep getting stuck in a troubleshooting loop on live chat (multiple hub reboots & resets have made no difference) & waited over an hour on hold on the phone but had to give up. How can I get an engineer visit or get a replacement hub sent out in case it's that? Thanks
