Connected no Internet

For the last 4 weeks I'm having random devices giving me a Connected no Internet message. Happening on phones, chromebooks, laptops and Google home devices. I have to reboot my hub sometimes twice a day with mixed success. Tried repositioning my router and made sure the signal isnt blocked. Could someone pick this up and look at it.

    Do you have any problems with Ethernet cables devices?

      No. Just wifi but I'm literally sat opposite my router atm and my phone is saying connected without internet.

        I'm sorry to hear about the connection issues you're having. 

        Please kindly check and confirm the cables are secured as this may prevent potential future issues from occurring.

        Are you using a third party router?

        If not, is the WiFi light on our hub showing red?

        Could you also please confirm which devices you're having issues with? For example iOS, Android, windows etc.

    This is common in Wi-Fi devices that need to be Restarted to clear network issues

    Use the Phone's Restart / Reboot option, 
    and for a Windows device : Shutdown or sign out >>> Restart
