Connected Devices show each other's speed

Looking at the Connected Devices list on HUB 5, I seem to have two pairs of devices (two 5GHz on main network, two 5GHz on guest network) that show each other's speed on the list.

Annoying for a while, as it had me confused if WiFi 6 modes were working, narrowed it down by a process of elimination and checking device reported speed vs HUB reported speed.

I doubt if I'm alone, hopefully next firmware update?

Its all fixed when you use modem mode and your own router.

Or you can wait a year and likely will not get fixed VM only care that you can get to the web mostly fine.

Things are bad for ISP doing router mode so if you care get your own router use modem mode judgment day is coming!

Look out for Hub 5 Connected devices with a Lease time of Zero or Unknown or a missing IP,
this expired time / no lease time DHCP fault results in devices that loose internet access.

Not sure from your description if this is the problem, but WiFi 6 will only work with WiFi 6 devices.
