What is the message. Where does it appear. What problems do you have with broadband or TV?

when we do a diagnostics we get the message from Virgin that my Co Ax Signal is poor and picture is pixellating.

update to above. We did a diagnostic test and that's when we were told of the problem with co-ax (whatever that is). I am presuming this is what is causing some occasional pixellating.
