CF14 area broadband and TV issues

The broadband and tv have had regular outages for short periods for the last 2 months. Virgin are aware, aparently is a complex issue, the repair date just keeps increasing every few days. This is getting increasingly frustrating to the point I am considering not renewing my contract. Anyone else in this area suffering yhe same problems.
