Cannot log in to VM Connect App

I want to log in to the app to manage my hub but I am stuck on a loop of errors. I also cannot connect to my account on a laptop.

    You can logon to the Hub admin console 192.168.0.1  and do all you need to from there if it is urgent.  The admin (settings) password should be printed on the bottom of the Hub.

      I am trying to disable Child Safe protection to access my VPN, I don't see this setting in the admin console unless I am missing something?

        To fix this, please go to our website - virg.in/myVM

        Click sign in on the top right.

        When signed in, go to account settings.

        Then online security.

        You can turn this setting off there :).
