Cannot load HUB 4 settings via '192.168.0.1', page is unresponsive on all devices.

Hello,

I have a virgin media hub 4. My WiFi has been down since 5pm yesterday (Friday 24th October). Today I carried out a reset on the hub 4 holding down the reset button (with a pin) for 60 seconds. After the reset it is still not working via WiFi and when I have tried to check the hub settings via an ethernet cable it will not allow me to connect to the 192.168.0.1 page at all. Any help would be great as I'm running out of ideas.

      Hello,

      Thank you for replying to this. I've managed to find a solution now. My fault entirely and long story short it was all to do with having the hub in modem mode (I use a netgear nighthawk for my wife signal). And when its in modem mode its settings page is 192.168.0.100 not 192.168.0.1 so once I realised that I was able to get it up and running. Thank you for replying though, and sorry to waste everyone's time 😅.
