can virgin upgrade this superhub 3

hi can virgin be albe to send a better router then this superhub 3

the wifi is awfull i only use the 5g band and it dont seam to cope with my wifi 6 devices many my two asus laptops and my apple tv box 3rd gen and others 

i notice the lan port at top only does 100meg and the 5g wifi likes to move from 44 which i like to 36 and back even with manually set to 44 i have tested a wifi 6 router of a friend and that copes with every thing 

and really dont want to have a costly second router 

any help virgin

    Buy the external Router now. you will require it ASAP if your Hub 3 is replaced with the fault ridden Hub 5.

    Is that the only option I have I was looking at the asus ax 3000 v2 and the tp link ax55 

    still costly for the price we paying on top
