I split coffee on new Hub 5 and it no longer works. I need to arrange a replacement. How do I do that?

Customer Services are on 150 or 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone.
You will be charged £25 - as it a non-VM fault.

Thanks for replying. I have phoned Virgin twice now to find out when the replacement hub will arrive, but they just tell me to look at the Orders section on my virgin app - i have done this repeatedly but it just says I have no orders. So I have no idea whether the replacement hub is on its way or not. I have had no communication from Virgin about it. I work from home so having no wifi is very difficult.
Could you help me?
