Tonight around 22:30 my broadband kept disconnecting. The signal on my ROKU stick said excellent one second, fair the next then totally disappears. Tried resetting but it seemed to please itself when it came back on. We seem to be paying more money but getting a poorer service.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you again for posting. I have taken a look and I cannot see that there are any issues in your area that could be causing this, I can see there was some instability over the weekend but this appears to have levelled out now. How are things looking since your last post?
