Broadband issues

I run a business from home but now on wi fi I don't receive calls and can't make calls and it's costing me a fortune in lost business I've been informed I need a hub 5 can anybody sort me out before I go bankrupt please

    What are you referring to here? Connecting your mobile phone via wi-fi or something else?

      No mate so at home my phone is connected to wi fi but I can't make calls or receive them and I don't receive messages been told to change the hub from 3 to 5

        What sort of phone are you using that connects to the hub's wi-fi and is not your/a mobile?

  • Your first mistake is using a residential connection for a business.

    Your second mistake is thinking a HUB 5 will resolve Wi-Fi issues.

    Disable Parental Controls in the VM Online Account to ensure
    VOIP and Wi-Fi Calling and Video Conf Calls are not blocked.
