Broadband issue

Hi, was wondering if anyone could help. My WI-FI connection for the past 2 days has been operating at half the speed it normally does. Tried to contact live chat but can’t seem to get through to a person who can help. Have reset the hub about 10 times and still same issue. Whats the best way to speak to an agent through live chat and not a bot. Thanks

  • What WiFi band are you connecting to (2.4 or 5)?

    Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061.

    Would one turn a TV  on / off 10 times expecting to fix a problem with the signal or connecting cables
