Broadband Contract with Virgin ended - O2 started charging me after?

Does anyone know why this is? They didn't try and take the money from the bank they just raised it as unpaid debt, I was never told I just saw it on my credit file.

O2 or Virgin won't talk to me.

    Your contract with O2 wouldn't stop when you cancelled the contract with Virgin they are two different contracts.

    If you reach out to O2 on 0344 809 0202 so they can look into this for you.
