Broadband Constant Outages

Hi,

I have been having constant outages multiple times a day resetting Channel ID over the past 6 months, Hub is in Modem Mode and the rest of the house is managed with Ubiquiti Equipment. I would appreciate any input or Virgin Media running some tests please

    I would be concerned about the millions of Post RS errors and Uncorrectable errors affecting all of the Downstream channels.

    Check for a known fault in your street, also check for any loose coax connections or damaged coax cables.

    Try both methods:

    Call the local fault line: 0800 561 0061 โ€“ this is an automated number.
