Broadband and TV issues
Our broadband and TV has been a nightmare in my area for over a week now it's dropping in and out I keep getting a message on the app saying its expected to be fixed such and such a date it doesn't my daughters using her phones data had unlimited but shouldn't have to as she's paying good money as are we for no service a week is unacceptable I'm afraid we've been with virgin forever but think it's time to look for a reliable provider which used to be virgin media not anymore
