Broadband and TV issues CM17 Harlow

Last few days the TV has been glitching and today I have broadband issues. Fault line says no issue. Local Facebook group seems the issue is widespread. I have had text conversations with support to no avail. Anyone else having issues?

    Hi MorrisD 

    Try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

      Thank you. I have tried that which said there were no issues. Clearly there are judging by the number of people on a local Facebook group experiencing the same problem.
