Anyone aware of issues in Harlow CM17

TV glitching and pixelating intermittently

    The web service status by postcode system is good for larger outages of several thousand people or for local headend issues. The service status line on the 0800 number quoted above usually picks up smaller faults down to individual cabinet level.

  • I’m CM21 area. Intermittent pixelation started last Saturday. We had an engineer out on Wednesday who replaced the splitters coming into the house and he thought it would resolve the issue. It didnt, but he left me his contact details so I dropped him a text this afternoon and he has confirmed it’s a known network issue. Hope that helps
