Broadband and tv constantly cutting on and off!

For a couple of weeks now my broadband and tv has been cutting off and then coming back on the Internet is the worst especially when you are into gaming as can't join friends in any games because when the Internet cuts out i get booted from the game! It turns out there is a problem in my area and is scheduled to be fixed hopefully!!

I would like to think VM would do the right thing and give people a discount on there next bill due to the inconvenience and rubbish service for weeks has anyone ever had a discount on their bill due to a fault on VM service??
