Broadband / tv issues
broadband and tv showing ‘fault’ when I ran a service status but unable to progress beyond this point to repair - possibly because the broadband isn’t functioning. Whatever the reason, when I click on ‘fix the problem’ I just have the buffering loop rolling for hours on end without progressing to the option to a) fix b) access an engineer. Not sure what to do next. This problem has been rolling on for nearly a week.
