Still no solved completely no service out now for 24 hours . 60 mins holding to try and speak to a person. Listening to the same jazz song is torcher to my ears . All I is there is a fault . They are working on it . Then they say please restart check you connections .. well i have done said restart and checked my connections on the hour every hour … bad service but my connection says no internet.. isp issue

If they acknowledge there is a fault, there is nothing else you can do. You will get compensation after the first two days without service.

What is being reported on the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.
