BQM latency spikes

Hi forum,

 

I'm suffering from intermittent latency spikes as you can see from the BQM link. This has been going on for a while and is quite frustrating. I have recently reset the router (10 seconds on the rest button) to try and fix, but the problem still persists.

I have spoken to Virgin but they don't believe there are any issues....

My BQM is located

Any ideas would be most appreciated.

    Possible short DoS floods from others in your area on the same upstream even if Docsis shows good as in no T# timeouts

      So what can I do about that? Is it something virgin can fix?
