Bottom light flashing green. Internet access blocked

Hi,

Since yesterday morning we've had no internet at all. The hub 3's bottom light has been flashing green since then and the network access is apparently blocked. Engineer cannot come out for another 3 days. Apparently everything is fine in the area and I have followed instructions on rebooting and resetting the hub. 

Any help advice is appreciated.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the Broadband issues.

    If it's let you book an engineer visit, this means the issue cannot be fixed remotely and would need a visit. 

    Please let us know how this goes.

      Hi John,

      All sorted now. The engineer came yesterday and reported that the outdoor cable running to the cab was not working so they were sending Kelly contractors.

      The contractors discovered today that within the cab our internet access had actually been switched off? Thankfully it is all sorted now.
