Boardband service is keeping unstable / disconnected

I’m living in postcode B90.  During these months ,the boardband service was keeping unstable.  The service was keeping on and off especially on Sat, Sun or Public Holidays.  It’s totally disappointed.  Is that the services demand over load the server ?
