Blank Settings page after entering Password

Hello, I am also having a blank screen issue when I try to change a forgotten pin. I click on the link on my hub and screen turns black and remains black.  Please can you contact me to resolve asap. Thanks

    Is this about the WPS PIN or the VM Hub password ?

    Which model of VM Hub ?

    Which link ? ( a screen shot of the link before clicking on it would be helpful )

    I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue, but are you able to provide a little more information? At what stage are you facing this issue? 

    Does the page accept the password you have entered?
